Garden Maintenance (Domestic and Commercial) Terms and Conditions
All work undertaken will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the start date and all work will be completed by Wild Leaf Garden Services unless otherwise agreed.
The estimate/original price for work includes all labour and green waste disposal where stated.
Any addition and/or alterations to the contract shall be properly treated as variations and subject to written instructions and additional payments may be required to cover the agreed changes.
The client shall provide access to the site/s during Wild Leaf Garden Services normal working hours.
Wild Leaf Garden Services will not take responsibility for any damage to (or cost involved with) any underground hazards, obstructions or services not made known to us in writing or apparent on visual inspection. This must be advised or visually brought to any staff on site/s attention on first visit or in duration of visit.
It is very important and the sole responsibility of the Client to ensure we are made aware of any special/statutory bylaws/conditions/permissions that may be involved whilst being on site/s.
Severe weather conditions, including drought, storms, lightning, acts of god, flooding, earthquake, Godzilla, may cause the delay of visits but this will not affect the original, agreed price.
The removal of dog excrement or large amounts of litter from the site is the responsibility of the client. Three written warnings will be sent to the client if clause is broken, a fee of $50 will occur after third warning if clean – up is required.
Wild Leaf Garden Services will send a detailed invoice to the client after each visit or end of month if there are multiple visits per month.
The client will be responsible for all payments to Wild Leaf Garden Services.
Payment terms are strictly 7 days from date of invoice and we understand and will exercise our statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to agreed credit terms.
Payment methods are cash, cheque and internet bank transfer.
The term waste removal refers only to waste produced by Wild Leaf Garden Services. Additional green waste should be discussed with Wild Leaf Garden Services prior to commenced visit. Hard rubbish removal will incur a fee of $105 per Cubic Meter if asked to be removed. Tyres of any type (excluding bicycle tyres) will incur a fee of $15 each.
All materials ie Pesticide/s, Herbicide/s, Fuel, Mulch, Fertilizer/s, tool/s and machinery will be supplied by Wild Leaf Garden Services unless agreed upon prior to commencement.
